With nearly 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, medico-legal affairs, and administration, Hitesh Mehta has a proven track record of optimizing hospital management and improving service delivery. He holds a B. Pharma from DAVV, Indore, and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Symbiosis University, Pune.

Career Overview :

Hitesh began his career in 2009 with Fortis Escorts Hospital, followed by roles at Metro Hospital and IBS Ashwani Hospital, gaining expertise in operations and regulatory compliance. In 2017, he founded SPD India Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., which has rapidly grown under his leadership to become a trusted provider of innovative healthcare solutions.

Hideki Ohtani

Director

With over a decade of experience in the medical field, he has built a distinguished career marked by innovation and strategic foresight. He successfully established a medical materials warehouse and developed a semi-automatic distribution system that efficiently supplies essential materials to approximately 3,000 hospitals across Kyushu, Japan. This initiative streamlined logistics and significantly improved operational efficiency.

In addition, his commitment to expanding the medical business internationally led him to conduct extensive market research in India, uncovering valuable insights and creating a robust framework for future growth in the region.

Mamoru Murakami

Director

Mamoru Murakami brings over 20 years of experience in medical logistics, specializing in sterilization and logistics support for more than 30 acute care hospitals across Japan. His expertise encompasses purchasing, accounting, logistics, infection control, quality improvement, and warehouse design. He is dedicated to helping others and fostering environments that encourage positive change and innovation.

Santosh Kr Singh

Manager Operations

An accomplished and dependable Operating Room Technician with 16 years of extensive experience in maintaining sterile environments, disinfecting surgical instruments, and preparing surgical equipment for various procedures. Adept at assisting surgical teams, including passing instruments and sponges specific to each operation, and ensuring the proper setup of surgical lighting and equipment for smooth operations.
